Do you require a deposit?
Please call our office regarding payment options.
How do I pay?
We have a very simple and accurate monthly billing system. We accept major credit and debit cards, Bank Transfers and Paypal.
How much are your plastic crates to hire?
This price depends on the number of your order and how long you require the crates. Please call a member of our team for a competitive price or submit an online crate hire request.
How much notice do you require?
Ideally 48 hour’s notice depending on the size of the order but of course we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements.
Can you deliver the crates?
Yes we can deliver our crates and crate handling equipment to home and business users.
Can I extend my rental period?
If you need to extend your crate rental period, please contact us by email (services@easycrate.co.uk) or phone (0800 027 2668) no later than the day prior to collection and we will be more than happy to extend your rental period.
Do you rent crates for home moves as well as office moves?
Yes, we supply crates and crate handling equipment for home and business users.
Do you sell your crates?
Yes, please contact a member of our team and they will be happy to discuss how to purchase our crates.

About Our Crates
Are your crates weatherproof?
All our rental crates are made of high quality durable polypropylene plastic and all have lids making them weather proof. However we would advise against storing our crates outside for long period of time.
Can we have our logo put onto the crates?
Yes, you can have your logo added to the crates.
Can your crates be sealed for security?
For added security during transportation and storage, our crates can be securely sealed using our security seals.
